The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Located 20-25 minutes north of Spokane city limits, the Little Red Barn on Big Meadows is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Spokane. Enjoy Greenbluff in the summer & fall and Mt. Spokane skiing in the winter. The Little Spokane River is nearby, as well as many gorgeous lakes. The Barn overlooks the beautiful Big Meadows and faces breathtaking sunsets. Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This 450sq ft. cabin is cute and cozy, It sits quietly on a natural dirt road, overlooking the mountains, trees and lake. Great for family vacations and affordable. Just bring the groceries! Your well-behaved pet is also welcome. The lake is accessed via a short 125-foot walk down to lake access road with shared dock. The dock area is shared with six other households. Located 15 minutes from Silverwood theme park, 20 minutes to Couer d' Alene/Hayden, 35 minutes to Spokane Valley.

Just 4 miles from downtown and 5-minute drive to the Schweitzer shuttle. This intimate studio with a loft is a haven for couples. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
