Settle in for a cosy weekend away; stroll on the private beaches, try your luck fishing, or sip on a glass of our award-winning wine. A central oasis, walkable distance to the seaside township of Swansea. Whilst central, Pettit is a private and spacious oasis for you to unwind & relax by the wood fire. Pettit House has its own original cottage charm whilst both retro and modern elements have given Pettit a unique and warm feel. Whilst close to all your desired amenities such as restaurants, a divine patisserie, coffee shops, your local grocer & the beautiful Jubilee Beach, you have all you need for a weekend stay.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

Centrally located and less than 100m to Jubilee Beach and boatramp this purposely built 1 bedroom unit has been designed and decorated to provide casual, relaxed, coastal accommodation. A great location where you can park the car and walk to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Set up for couples with kitchen facilities and separate bathroom, we hope we have provided a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy the East Coast from. Minimum of 2 night stays. No Wifi connected.
