Mansarda fronte mare situata sopra una villa immersa nel verde. La casa dista 20 metri circa dal mare con discesa privata. La spiaggia è caratterizzata da ciottoli e sabbia, il mare è adatto per bambini, snorkeling e pesca sportiva con un fondale ricco di sabbia e scogli. La casa offre cucina con soggiorno e letto singolo richiudibile , camera da letto con letto matrimoniale più letto singolo, bagno. La nostra casa è inserita in un meraviglioso e tranquillo residence incastonato nella roccia tipica di Capo Falcone. La vista è sullo splendido mare della spiaggia della pelosa. All'interno del residence puoi lasciare l'auto senza problemi e raggiungere a piedi il mare in 5 minuti o la scogliera dietro casa che offre la possibilità sia di fare il bagno in un paesaggio che sembra quasi lunare. Inoltre abbiamo una nuova piscina condominiale aperta da metà giugno a metà settembre!!
