Monolocale ristrutturato a 100 mt dalla spiaggia di Serapo di Gaeta (LT) con parcheggio, situato al piano terra di un palazzo signorile. Dotato di tutte le comodità e i comfort . Adatto a chi desidera la tranquillità, molto richiesto da mamme con figli piccoli, da amiche che vogliono trascorrere momenti di relax. Consigliato anche a chi ama il clima mite in inverno. Parcheggio privato interno al palazzo. La tassa di soggiorno di € 2,50 a testa, da pagare all'arrivo.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
