Nel cuore del parco di Monte Sole, questa porzione di casa del 1700 da poco ristrutturata è il posto ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. La posizione permette di raggiungere Bologna in pochissimo tempo e, allo stesso tempo, di passeggiare tra i sentieri del parco, fare trekking lungo la Via Francesca della Sambuca, visitare città etrusca di Misa e l'eccentrica Rocchetta Mattei. Una camera con letto singolo ed un divano letto. Cucina abitabile attrezzata, sala da pranzo, salotto.Piano inferiore home video, ping pong, biliardino, palestra , lavanderia, terzo bagno. L'appuntamento si trova in centro città. Parcheggio pubblico e privato nelle immediate vicinanze.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

"Il Tempo della Natura" è una casa immersa nel verde sull’Appennino Bolognese, a circa mezz'ora dal centro di Bologna. Qui troverai quiete, natura e privacy. Il giardino è privato e completamente recintato, perfetto anche per amici a 4 zampe. Il luminoso salone con grandi vetrate regala una vista sulle colline circostanti. La casa è dotata di cucina attrezzata, camera matrimoniale, soggiorno con tv e divano, ampio bagno, lavanderia e postazione di lavoro.

La Frasca casa vacanza

Monolocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno e lavanderia. Completamente indipendente si trova in un borgo del 1400 ristrutturato, nell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, località Marzabotto-Luminasio. Il borgo dista 2 kmq (in salita)da Marzabotto e circa 20 kmq da Bologna. Marzabotto è raggiungibile da Bologna con treno o bus. Ma per arrivare al borgo bisogna avere la macchina perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici che da Marzabotto portano a Luminasio.

A small cozy nest in the mountains and woods of the Bolognese Apennines. Casina del Gelso is located in a medieval village of the 1400s. Equipped with all comforts, it is 25 km from Bologna, an hour and a quarter by car from Florence, and immersed in an area rich in natural and cultural beauties. To reach the village you need a private vehicle or good hiking shoes, the train station is 4 kilometers away.
