Mid-Century Modern Living in the Black Hills

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

This space is part of our home, the entire 1st floor of a 3 story home. We live on upper floors. Space is 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, outdoor space w/seating, grill, separate entry. Living room and food prep area with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, tea kettle, dishes, silverware (no kitchen sink). Quiet location 4 miles from Spearfish. 42 acres with scenery, hiking trails & wildlife. No smoking/vaping etc on premises. Not suitable for kids under 8 yrs.

Rustic pine sleeper cabin in the beautiful Black Hills. One queen bed with twin bunk beds (three beds in total).  Cabins do not include a shower, bathroom or running water inside. Showers and bathrooms are available for free use in main guest shower house.   A great base for touring the area, with quick access to lakes, Mickelson Trail and a 20 minute drive to Mt. This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, dozens of chickens, and a large garden. This cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower. We know you'll appreciate the details!

2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work the fastest but it is only one available because of the hills. Two of our tvs are on cable so always work one is on the internet and works if internet is working.
