Room for a crowd. If you're planning a family reunion with outdoor space, this is it. This home is conveniently located on Hwy 11, so it's easy to find. Covered outdoor space is huge. Large indoor dining area for serving family, with direct access to the covered patio. Beds were comfortable. One full bath, but 2 half baths. Great for entertaining. We were there for work so we didn't have much time for checking out the nearby golf course. Literally 5 minutes away from Lake Bowen and all of it's great opportunities. This is an 80's style ranch home, very comfortable with casual feel.

very understated in Description. CLEAN! Even smelled clean on entering, which is not always the case in pet friendly homes very quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from I-85 10 minutes to parks, restaurants, museums, shopping. large yard for dog walking dog friendly home without a hint that another dog had been there before. Again, clean Spacious living room, you can spread out. Nice details: paved parking close to covered porch, black out cutains,shoe rack by front door, k cups, plenty of clean towels, even kitchen towels, nice cookware, dishes, very nice appliances. Hvac worked well, had a hot day and some cold nights, kept us comfy. Super easy checking. All that and CLEAN!

Jessica’s place was even better than the pictures portrayed. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare meals for 15 people! The grill and patio area were great for relaxing in the evenings. Starbucks on the corner and Publix moments away were a plus. Everything was spotless. Jessica was quick to respond to the tiniest question and so friendly and welcoming! If we return to the area, we won’t hesitate to stay again!!!

We chose this property as it was very close to our daughter and son-in-law who we were visiting. It was as described and had everything we needed for our visit. Bed was comfortable, everything was well presented and clean. The wall between the two cottages is pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear everything. Location wise it is an easy walk into downtown Greer. The trains are very noisy as they pass through, sounding their horns but you get used to it. A couple of neighbouring properties had dogs which barked throughout the night. During our stay the kitchen tap stopped working. We reported it to the host straight away and it was sorted the next day. Will happily book this property again for future visits.

Came to town for the closing of a new house. I am familiar with the area and for our purposes we were centrally located for our needs. The house had everything we needed. I work from home and the upstairs has a desk equipt with necessities. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful adds Sheila made sure to include. She was very responsive and pleasant to interact with. I recommend staying here and if I have friends coming to town I will certainly book here again to accommodate them.

I rented Casey’s townhouse for my nephew and his wife who were in town for the week due to a family member with a terminal illness. I wanted them to have a nice, comfortable place to relax in after long days spent at the hospital. Casey’s townhouse was the perfect choice! They remarked that it was squeaky clean and smelled fresh. They said the home was beautifully furnished and was the nicest Airbnb they had ever stayed in. Casey was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I only have good things to say about their rental!

Fabulous house! We enjoyed our stay. Nice big beds, 2 big sofas, large table and smart tvs made everyone comfortable! Clean and pretty! Highly recommend for friends or families! Listing did say keyless entry, but we had to message host to get inside, then use keys for the weekend. Otherwise, the home was as listed and had better and more plentiful provisions then we have ever seen. The kitchen had many pots and pans, dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, baggies and saran wrap. We would definitely recommend this home and stay again.

Peggy's home is every bit of a lakeside retreat. She is a lovely host who wants nothing more than for her guests to have an enjoyable time and relax. She is quick to respond to any questions and is extremely accommodating. The kids (and adults) enjoyed meeting Peggy and Rosie, swimming, fishing, playing pool and foosball, roasting marshmallows, laying on the lawn admiring the stars, etc... Peggy treats her guests like family, was never ever intrusive, and overall a wonderful person to meet. If you ever find yourself needing a place to stay in this area, i highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Was clean and cozy and very quiet. Love the loft and high ceilings and made for a perfect getaway. Kitchen was also very nice with ample space. We will be back for sure!

Karen’s place is awesome. The descriptions were very right on except the place is much bigger than you can imagine. Such a quiet part of the country. You can see cows in the distance. The place has everything you could need. It was very relaxing for us after being with grand children all day. We hope to stay there each time we visit our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place ! She and Mark were always available if we needed anything. We really enjoyed the chickens, ducks, roosters and turkey! We were met by a couple of her cats that were so sweet! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Laura! We will be back! I highly recommend this rental!

Another great stay at Jesses. We were able to explore downtown fountain Inn with its restaurants and boutiques. The house is near the Swamp River Trail so that you can walk your dog , the house has comfortable beds and is outfit fitted with all the essentials you need for a great stay

Seventh time staying in this apartment. Absolutely the best rental I've ever stayed in; it is my home away from home while I'm in Spartanburg! Convenient location, private, clean, comfortable, great shower and bed. Mark is a wonderful host - so kind and thoughtful. I was greeted by fresh flowers in the living room and drinks and yummy snacks in the kitchen!

We really enjoyed this home. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Great neighborhood to walk our dog and friendly neighbors. Convenient area to get around and restaurants, grocery stores. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described in pictures and descriptions. Spacious even for a party of 9/10 people. The neighborhood was safe and quiet! The town was amazing, and just the cutest! We will definitely be back!

Pamela’s place was perfect. Very clean and it had everything I needed. It was somewhat secluded yet still close to where I needed to be. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here as we were visiting friends who lived right around the corner-literally! The kitchen is well-stocked, there's even some spices, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and there's plenty of room for everyone. There's more than enough towels and wash cloths too. There are even some games, toys, and a booster sear for you little ones. The outdoor area has enough room for children to run around in, play ball, and walk your dog. Finding the house was very simple, getting in and out is a breeze, and there's plenty of room to park. Even though this feels like a rural setting, which we really appreciated, the house is located on the edge of development, so just a short drive down the road is shopping and restaurants. My husband and I were very pleased with our visit. We'll definitely book again the next time we visit our friends.

Everything from the heavy, luxury bedspread in the master. To the towels was amazing. Awesome stay. I took pictures of all the tags so I could order it for my house.
