You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. GSP Airport-7 miles, Downtown Greenville-15 miles, Downtown Spartanburg-15 miles, Charlotte NC Airport-73 miles Asheville NC- 46 mi (The lake has been lowered for the winter 5 ft -you can still kayak)

Plenty of room for parking, only 9 minutes to Boiling Springs, and about 20-30 minutes from Spartanburg and Greenville. Note: 1 Full bath and 2 half baths, typical of older homes.
