This custom home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and ample room for guests to spread out. Main level living room as well as upper level family/entertainment room, 3 covered patios & covered balcony, firepit, hot tub & outdoor shower. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.

Fast trail and lake access. Hot tub and private patio to host big groups. Full hook-ups for an RV or camper on the property that are available for guests to use for an addition fee of $75 per night. A unique glamping experience on 80 acres of private and secluded land. Two luxury tents available furnished with hotel quality beds and linens. Each tent has a private bathroom in close proximity built right into the red rock landscape with a hot shower, sink and flush toilet, allowing for complete comfort with a wild side.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

Also includes a fold out couch for extra guests. Chefs kitchen for cooking or 10 minute drive into town for a variety of dinning experiences. Washer and dryer included.
