The park & river has concerts, water activities, bike paths available throughout the seasons. All just a few feet away from this clean & secure condo complex. This adorable home is located in the Glenshire neighborhood of Truckee. If you are looking for a quiet getaway or a weekend adventure, this location will not disappoint. Home is within walking distance to the Legacy Bike/Hiking Trail, 4 miles from downtown Truckee & a short drive to Donner Lake, Boca/Stampede Reservoirs. Lake Tahoe & Reno are only a 25 minute car ride away. Several of Tahoe's world class ski resorts are also close by. This home is a detached single story & over 900 sf.

8 minutes from Reno/Tahoe Airport, 7 minutes from downtown Reno, our cottage is gated, private and quiet. It has 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds that have memory foam mattress toppers, the second bedroom has an additional door going outside. Our kitchen has all the modern conveniences with tea and coffee. The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
