Dining table w/ room for 4. Modern bathroom with newly installed shower. Separate bedroom provides a Queen bed. Free parking with room for 1 vehicle. Amenites include: keyless entry, wifi, lots of movies & board games provided. As this is a basement suite and we live upstairs, you will hear us and our dogs at times.

Additionally, there's in-suite laundry, driveway parking, and a shed for storage. .
