Vacances très agréables dans un lieu paisible avec une vue remarquable. Nombreux restaurants (calmes) accessibles à pieds ainsi qu’une supérette. La baignade au pied de la maison dans cette petite crique est un bonheur. Juste 2 remarques : la climatisation était HS ce qui est rude en période caniculaire mais les ventilateurs des chambres nous ont sauvé. Les matelas des chambres simples mériteraient d’être changés rapidement. Pour le reste conforme aux attentes.

joli appartement aux photos. tout a été impeccable, le service au top . très belle vue depuis l'appartement . de belle ballades , la plage a proximité se trouve surveillé . quelques restos et bars tres sympa autour. je voudrais souligner la réactivité de l'équipe , la piscine malgré qu'elle soit dessous n'est pas bruyante car les gens respectent vraiment . des animations très sympathiques en ville je recommande vivement ce lieu

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa es increíble, bien equipada y con todas las comodidades. Esta cuidada está el último detalle. De las mejores casas en la que nos hemos alojado. Muchas gracias a Luis por su atención y por el detalle de la magdalenas. Tanto la casa como el anfitrión un 10.

Segunda vez que vamos a la casa y repetiremos. Zona muy tranquila y segura.

100% recomendable. La anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta y comunicativa. La casa está ubicada en una urbanización privada, con una plaza de aparcamiento pero también se puede aparcar en la calle, la cual es sin salida y con poco tránsito. La casa tiene una cocina bien equipada, está acondicionada para el frío y espaciosa para hasta 6 personas. Sin embargo, hay un punto crítico en la casa y es la ducha. Hay un retrete y un cuarto de baño con bañera, la cual está muy mal ubicada bajo una esquina de madera y literalmente hay que acceder doblando la espalda y el suelo es resbaladizo.

Très agréable séjour. La villa est en tout point conforme à l’annonce, et reste confortable même lorsqu’il pleut ou qu’il fait plus frais. En fin de saison (fin octobre) les activités à Cala Blanca sont encore ouvertes (restaurants, bars, club de plongée). Le quartier est très calme et la piscine est un plus. Nous sommes séduits par Minorque et par cette belle villa.

Buen lugar para quedarse. Muy cerca del circuito de Cheste y a unos 20 minutos de Valencia. La casa está bien equipada y la cocina esta nueva. Tiene muchas estancias y son cómodas. Por mencionar un aspecto a mejorar, quizás los baños de la planta superior se pondrían mejorar y modernizar. También los enchufes podrían ser actualizados ya que son antiguos y se nota que están "delicados". Por lo demás, la atención y la limpieza perfecto. El patio y la piscina son una maravilla.

Had an amazing stay at the villa. Host met us in person for check in and gave us a tour, the villa is set out amazingly for large groups and has a good set up of bedroom and bathrooms. There is a very steep drive up to the villa so the host kindly drove our cases and some older guests up and down when we needed. There is a large supermarket close by which they also kindly drove us to when we arrived to help us get food and drinks back. The villa was so clean and has enough seating/space indoors and outdoors for the large groups. The view is amazing, already hope we will come back one day!

Unos días maravillosos en familia, mucha paz y tranquilidad con el sonido de los pájaros. Estrenamos hamacas e inmobiliario exterior nuevo y estaba todo muy completo y limpio. Angel ha estado muy pendiente y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Los deportes que se pueden hacer dentro de la finca como el volley o el baloncesto te permite hacer cosas diferentes a las habituales y pasarlo muy bien, un día lo pasamos en las Lagunas de Ruidera ya que esta cerquita y merece la pena verlo. Nos vemos en julio Angel!

Han sido unos días fantásticos. La ubicación excelente, el mar muy limpio y el jardín precioso.

This house is located on a quiet street very close to restaurants, cafes and the beach! They have a great selection of bicycles which made exploring Palma very easy. It was about a 15 mins ride on easy pathways to the old city. Margalida was very helpful, checked in on us to make sure we were ok and offered great recommendations. The house, pool, and all the amenities were fantastic. I would love to stay here again.

Een zeer bijzondere locatie waar wij met 15 personen hebben verbleven. Er waren ook kleine kinderen bij die ontzettend genoten hebben van het verwarmde zwembad en de jacuzzi. Alles klopte fantastisch. Er komen woorden tekort om zoiets moois te moeten beschrijven. Je moet dit hebben beleefd om goed te kunnen beoordelen. FANTASTISCH!!!!!

Ideal para grupo grande de amigos, familia. Muy espaciosa y con todos los servicios de una casa de este tamaño. Atención perfecta, ayudándonos en lo que tenía en su mano.

La casa estaba impecable, todo muy limpio. Y está en una zona muy tranquila. Fuimos con el perro y era perfecto para que esté en casa y para pasear por la zona. También está cerca de Portugal. David muy amable y atento. Su cuñada Nati nos recibió en casa. Todo perfecto, y los dos muy atentos.

¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia en la casa de David! Éramos un grupo de seis personas y todos entramos perfectamente, con espacio más que suficiente para estar cómodos. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien cuidada, y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días inolvidables. Además, David fue un anfitrión excepcional, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. Sin duda, repetiríamos y recomendaríamos este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque un lugar acogedor y bien gestionado. ¡Una experiencia de 10!

Fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space is great with seating areas in the sun and shade. The automatic awning made lunches great to easily enjoy and shade the children. The lawn is also so kid friendly free from slips and made it a stress free and relaxing place to enjoy without having to watch their every move. Great location to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being around the lake also made for another interesting feature to explore! Highly recommended and a great villa, thanks for the enjoyable stay!

We stayed for a week over New Year. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The house is situated in a prime location overlooking the sea with lovely coastal walks outside. The house is exactly as described - well equipped, clean and modern. The garden was fantastic for us to relax in and for our two dogs to play in. There is a driveway and private parking for a car inside the property which was really liked. We had a lovely relaxing week by the sea and it was the perfect start to 2025. Thank you Andrea !

Die Kommunikation mit Susana war immer nett und freundlich. Wir haben sie leider nicht persönlich kennen gelernt. Das kleine Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Kleine und größere Wanderungen kann man von hier aus ohne Auto leicht machen.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Reyes was very helpful, responsive and friendly.

5 of us stayed here in Dec/Jan for climbing, walking and cycling and had a great experience. The house is in a spectacular, remote place, but only 3 kms from Chulilla. The surrounding area is stunning. We stayed in winter, so it was too cold to really use the outdoor space, but imagine it would be fantastic in the warmer months. It took us a day or 2 to manage the heating as the temp dropped to zero a few nights, but the bedroom and living room heaters plus the log-burning stove worked well & there was plenty of wood available. The beds are very comfortable and the main living/dining areas is a great space. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but has everything you need - we cooked in successfully every evening. It was a surprise to find the second bathroom was part of an outside annexe - we used the bathroom, but it was cold. All in all, we loved being there and Juan was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. We'd happily go back and would love to experience it in warmer weather.
