This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.

Our place is close to the city center, parks, beach & shopping. Grocery store and drug store just across the street. You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. Tandom kayaks & bicycle available. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

Stay in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a private heated pool in the heart of Downtown Eau Gallie, just 5 minutes from Downtown Melbourne and 5 minutes from the beach. Our bohemian-inspired decor gives the house a relaxing Florida vibe. There are board games, foosball, a hammock, and ambient lights for a fun and relaxing stay. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for adults and kids alike, with plenty of space to lounge indoors and outdoors. Pool Heater is available for a small fee.
