Enjoy peace, serenity and an amazing view of the river from this vintage two bedroom 1 bath 1940’s home. Cozy and rustic, yet updated with central A/C and fast internet. A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins trek by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Enjoy a bit of paradise at Pura Vida Florida Farm — an ACTIVE working farm — in Vero Beach, FL. Offering an amazing place to relax, unwind and connect with nature. Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
