Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view. The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...). According to Bulgaria’s law we are legally obligated to register all guests in the national register, and it is necessary to provide us ID before check in. Thank you!

Deep Blue Guesthouse is situated in the Old town of Sozopol just on the waterfront and offers fabulous views over the sea, the rocks and the nearby two islands. Our studio on the last floor has air conditioning, cable TV and internet. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave suitable for preparing snacks, but not for real meals. It's one common space divided into a bedroom zone and a living room zone with a coach where additional 2 people can sleep.

When we have built the house, we have called it “The Third place”. Later we have fallen in love with the sunrise and the sunset of the place and we came with the name “Sunset – live experience with friends”. We don’t meet tourists, we invite you to be our guests. Everybody who has been here and had the chance to enjoy the view from “Captain rendezvous” room with their loved ones, knows that. Moreover there could be a lot of things that can happen until the Sun goes down…

The apartment occupies fully the third floor of the house, with three separate bedrooms (one bedroom is outside the apartment entrance). Six large regular beds(100x200cm), with a possibility to accommodate a 7th person on a couch in the living room, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, bathroom and an extra toilet. Large balcony overlooking the old town, air conditioning in every room, free WiFi.
