Santa Marina is located 2 km north of Sozopol Old Town, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful sea views. Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June–1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms almost directly on the sea. A small cozy complex with a courtyard and a swimming pool for adults and children. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a cozy kitchen with all necessary equipment, a bedroom with an internal shower and toilet, a second bedroom, a separate toilet with a shower and two verandas. To the sea 50 meters, to shops (Lidl) 5 minutes , to cafes and restaurants 7 minutes on foot. Incredible sea view, spacious apartment for 5 adults.

Апартамент с видом на море, с двумя спальнями и гостиной с кухонным уголком и террасой. До пляжа "Харманите" 30 метров. До центра города - 10 минут пешком. Расположен на огороженной территории комплекса "Реrlite". Оборудован всей необходимой бытовой техникой, постельными принадлежностями, посудой. На территории комплекса можно бесплатно пользоваться бассейном и местом для парковки автомобиля. Уборка осуществляется через день, смена белья 1 раз в 5 дней.

Adding both beaches in proximity, this place will make your vacation an amazing experience! Our cozy apartment consist of a living room together with a chic kitchen and dining area. On the other side of the apartment is the bedroom (Queen size bed) with a large terrace with a wonderful Sea view. The bathroom has a shower cabin together with a toilet.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
