Set in the garden of a family home, this newly renovated cottage offers double glazed windows and insulation (adhering to European standards of climate control) & is within a minute's walking distance of the quaint 7th street of Melville, and near to universities/hospitals. We welcome all guests, although the cottage is not suited to late night wanderers as we are a quiet property; suited to professionals. Parking is shared.
