The headboard is a fireplace mantel which came out a Rockefeller home during a remodel. Ensuite bathroom with shower. We are a B&B so breakfast is included with your stay. The Acadia NP Visitor Center, the start of the Park Loop Rd and downtown Bar Harbor are within 2 to 5 miles. Drive into Acadia or to the shops, restaurants & excursions of Bar Harbor or from late June to mid Oct, catch the free Island Explorer shuttle from the end of our road.

Our place is next to Acadia National Park on the Schoodic Peninsula. Winter Harbor has restaurants and galleries, a ferry to Bar Harbor and the free Island Explorer bus to the Acadia National park and downtown Winter Harbor. You’ll love our home because it is very comfortable with beautiful gardens and many quiet sitting areas for early morning coffee or your late afternoon wine. Our place is very accommodating for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and for bird watchers.
