The Bungalow

The Bungalow is the ideal retreat for your Acadia National Park adventure. Perfectly suited for two, this charming, newly renovated apartment offers a cozy and well-appointed space for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Multiple park access points are within 2 miles, Bar Harbor and the Park Loop Road are 20 minutes away. Our Veranda 2nd floor apartment is located on a family compound of 8 acres, just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, and 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, family activities, Echo Lake for swimming, and public transport. You’ll love our place because of the views over our wild blueberry patch, mountains, high ceilings and coziness. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Artist Studio in Acadia, 5 minute walk into town!

The Artist Studio is just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, a 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, Echo Lake for swimming, and a 5 minute walk to the Clark Point Town Dock for ferry boat rides to explore the islands! You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the modern kitchen and island. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

If you want to be near the action of an active and interesting harbor, this is the place for you. You will have a front row seat to spectacular morning sunrises over the harbor, the comings and goings of the fishermen and the many boats docked at the marina and anchored in the harbor. This spacious four bedroom, two and a half bath home is located at the Great Harbor Marina just half a mile from downtown Southwest Harbor. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops and more.

The Bird's Nest

The Bird's Nest is an elevated efficiency apartment with views of Somes Sound, Southwest Harbor, and the mountains of Acadia. There is a small efficiency kitchen and a sunny second floor deck to enjoy the view while having a peaceful breakfast or evening meal. While the property is secluded and private, we do have our own private wooded trail that drops right into town, where you can enjoy Southwest Harbor's restaurants and shops, or catch the free Island Explorer bus.

The barnacle

This three bedroom, second floor apartment is located in the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. Perfect for people who want to have all that town has to offer right at their fingertips! This apartment is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. It is located right across the street from the Island Explorer bus stop. We are a short walk to the harbor and surrounded by all Acadia National Park has to offer. CHECK IN IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM

The Snuggery - Downtown Southwest Harbor - Acadia

This bright and very comfortable studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. Park your car and walk to all the downtown businesses and restaurants or hop a ride on the free Island Explorer bus to explore the rest of Mt. Desert Island. This studio apartment has a small kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer and counter top induction burners for cooking. It has a king size bed, private bathroom & private parking for 1 vehicle.

Duck Cove Apartment

Enjoy salty sea air when you stay at this vacation rental apartment in Bernard, Maine! Bring along your own kayaks to take advantage of the waterfront property. Robin's Nest – Eco-friendly studio

New open apartment at the top of easy-access spiral stairs, private, and quiet located in the forest and a short walk to the sea. It features a balcony facing eastward, a queen size bed, and futon to sleep an additional two people. Also included is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, hot-plate, and microwave. There is a full bath with fresh towels, hot shower, and a dining area which includes a pine table with benches.
