A cute Colonial-style cottage nestled in a quite enclave of Gelugor, wonderfully appointed for a comfortable stay for a intimate group of friends or small family of 4-5 persons. The property is within walking distance to local eateries and daily market, making longer stays extremely convenient. Gelugor is closeby to the Penang Bridge and the Penang International Airport, making interstate and international arrivals a breeze. The heart of Georgetown is a short 10 minutes away via Expressway.

Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

Treehouse - Sleeping on a Durian tree

The double-storey treehouse is built within a 16-acre sustainably farmed fruit orchard located 300m above sea level. Fitted around an 90-year old durian tree, it is built by hand with recycled wood and bamboo harvested from the land. The treehouse has no walls, only bamboo blinds that open up to the trees all around so nature comes to you. Durians fruit only once a year at the farm, in June and July, so, worry not - no smell of durians except during fruiting season in these 2 months.

Walk out and into the best cafes and mural art, popular hawkers and heritage sites. The unit is very spacious as it takes up the entire floor with its own private kitchenette, dinning space and bathroom. This entire floor is fitted with pre loved curiosities, found in the vicinity of penang. Please take notice it’s on the first floor with no lift.
