Bayview Cottage - Charming Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and wildlife including deer and a variety of birds from the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview Cottage. Gather around the waterfront fire pit after a day of adventures to enjoy s’mores and stunning sunsets. Everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack is provided in the fully equipped kitchen including spices, bakeware, a variety of kitchen appliances, and other cooking essentials. All three beds feature memory foam and cozy bedding to provide a wonderful night’s sleep. The house is fully stocked with Smart televisions including cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, and plenty of books, puzzles, toys and games. Bayview Cottage is an ideal home for families or a group of friends enjoying the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview Cottage may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview House, a larger home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! This waterfront property is great for cozy evenings around the firepit. During low tide clam from the property or take a nature hike around the bay. Large picture windows provide views of the incredible sunsets while staying warm and cozy indoors. Along with the cottage, enjoy the deck with lawn chairs as well as the waterfront fire pit in the private backyard. I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the cottage. The cottage is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport.

Professionally decorated in a Mid-Century Modern style. Sleep soundly on Hungarian down pillows and BeautyRest Black mattresses made up with soft 600 thread-count Italian linens. Beautifully tiled bathroom offering Turkish towels, bathrobes, and luxe sundries. Living room and full kitchen with gas stove and quartz counter tops. Step outside to a private yard with outdoor eating area and cozy fire pit. Other amenities include three flat-screen Smart TV's, cable, WIFI, washer and dryer and so much more. Come and enjoy! You'll have this complete private cottage to yourself with private (and ample) parking. Come and go as you please in complete privacy. Self Check-in Available I'm available, if needed. I typically give a complete walk through of the property. For busy travelers, special arrangements can be made to stock the kitchen with additional supplies such as eggs, juice, special drinks. The house is set in a laid-back neighborhood with a mix of shopping and dining within walking distance to Jacksonville's historic core. Huge brm; king bed, ensuite bath, washer/dryer. In a cul-de-sac, far from street noise. 1-3 miles to everywhere; Peacehealth-Sacred Heart Hosp, Autzen Stadium, UofO, Hayward Fields, Downtown, Hult Center, 5th Public Mkt, City parks, shopping malls, restaurants. About 1-2 miles to rivers where you can walk/bike alongside.

This gorgeous, welcoming, solar-powered house offers self check-in, speedy WiFi, and complimentary craft beer and coffee. It's located just a couple blocks from downtown, 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Crooked River Canyon, 15 minutes from Smith Rock, and 20 minutes from Bend. 4 breweries & 3 taprooms are located less than 6 blocks away, and tons of restaurants & shops are close by. Amazing nearby hiking options abound. This space is half of a duplex. No pets or parties allowed.

Twin bed set up only when 3 guests are booked $15. it's 2.5 miles from the noisy railroad and freeway. 1.4 mi to Pine Nursery Park; 2 mi to Forum Shopping Center; 3.7 mi to downtown; 5.6 mi to Old Mill District & Hayden Amphitheater. 21 mi to Sunriver; 26 mi to Mt Bachelor. Easy access to Hwy 20 & 97. 2 min. walk to Butler Market conv. store & gas station. Guests appreciate the quiet neighborhood away from the noisy downtown.

Spend time with the whole family. Very new and modern amenities. Handicap accessible. 7 bed rooms and 5 bathrooms. Bring the whole family and spend time at wildlife safari. Or go hiking/biking/fishing/hunting on the famous north umpqua river. 45 miles of dedicated fly fishing with some of the best steelhead fishing in the world. Crader lake is a wonderful day trip as you travel up the north umpqua river. If you like wine,try a tour with A Touch Of Class limousines Ring doorbell on site.
