Historic Schoolhouse c1866 / Sauna + Hot Tub + Gym

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Lobstermen's ocean-front cottage

Be our guests & experience the life & beauty of Midcoast Maine. Relax & enjoy the views, warm up in the sauna or go for a refreshing dip. The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Escape to a peaceful, lakeside retreat with a secluded sun-lit deck and private dock with incredible views of Sunrise Lake, plus a 4-person hot tub, and seasonal amenities like a pedal boat, two kayaks, a SUP board, gas fire table, central A/C, a pellet stove, and snowshoes. Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, and visiting scenic towns, local vineyards and breweries — or simply relaxing in a beautiful lakefront setting. The sunsets can be unbelievable!

Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Right at the edge of the White Mountain National Forest in one direction and in the other direction, a short five minute drive to Kezar Lake this secluded cabin has it all for the nature lover in you! Close to local favorite trailheads for hiking and mountain biking as well having nearby ski mountains and snowmobile trails.

Come relax in the guest suite of our new modern farmhouse, one mile from Cape Porpoise's village town centre in Kennebunkport. Enjoy a private entrance and outdoor seating space/ fire pit overlooking a wooded lot. The 1000 sq. ft. space is bright and roomy. It has a king-sized bed with tv, kitchenette, office area and a 50 inch smart tv in the comfy living room. Walk outside our home and find 27 miles of interconnecting conservation land trails.

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

This home is a spacious, sunny home conveniently located via a 6 min walk to Short Sands beach!! A "right of way" from the backyard takes you to Freeman street and the center of downtown. Look out onto the always-changing Ossipee River from this cute little log cabin. Use our tandem kayak, or fish and swim from our dock. In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
