Sinne on helppo tulla ja sieltä on helppo lähteä, bussilla, junalla ja autolla. Oma pysäköintipaikka oven vieressä. Rakkaudella remontoitu paritalo. Makuuhuoneissa 180 cm ja 140 cm leveät parivuoteet. Olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Työpöytä etätyöntekijöille. Ilmainen autopaikka asunnon edessä (sähköauton lataus lisämaksusta). Rauhallinen leikkipiha lapsille aivan huoneiston vieressä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet (mm. Matinkylän metrolle) ja kävelymatka lähikauppaan. Valaistut kuntopolut lähtevät kadun toiselta puolen. Rauhallinen, aidattu oma takapiha, jonne ilta-aurinko paistaa. Erinomainen kohde lapsiperheille!

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval old town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Very fast internet, 200mb/s both download and upload speed.

The apartment is located in the so called Design District in Helsinki, 5 min walk away from the city centre, with many cute boutiques and stores nearby. Tram and bus stops with great connections almost across the street! It is a spacious one room apartment with fully equipped kitchen, a sauna and room for four persons. Suitable for a family, a couple or a small group of friends.
