For rent a apartment in the luxurious quarter of Promenade houses! Modern living environment in the immediate vicinity of the sea, harbour and Old Town. The rooms are full of natural and different artificial lights. Temperature is adjustable in each room independently. Guests have access to a part of the roof terrace where they can enjoy the view. 55m² light and spacious lakeside apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, own sauna, a large lakeview balcony and 300M WiFi. 15min to the city centre by bus/car (free parking places next to the apartment). 200m to a grocery store and 1km to 24h supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. Great location in the heart of Tampere! Just 50 meters from the main entrance of the new Nokia Arena, 100 meters from train and bus station. All services and attractions, all the restaurants, cafes, night clubs, shopping centers and boutiques just few steps away. The apartment is new, the house has been built in 2022. In the apartment is king size bed, sofa bed for two people, spacious bathroom, nice and compact kitchen area. Table for dining and also laptop friendly working space.

Romantic sea view penthouse next to Old Town

This romantic apartment has the best view in town. It is perfectly located near the harbour and only 2 min walk to old town. Grocery store about 300m, bakery shop 400m, restaurants 200m. Event center Kultuurikatel 3 min walk. Train station and renovated market and newest hipster area only one stop with a tram (or 10 min by walking). There are all the essentials You need for Your stay (linen and towels, kitchen ware, fridge and espresso/latte machine. Free parking on the street.

Modern, compact, very comfortable apartment in a quite and safe area. Just 3 min walk to Old Town (Fat Margaret’s Tower) ! Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

Family friendly apartment in a recently renovated wooden-house right next to old-town. Great public transport connection with airport and bus station. Train station and harbor are both walking distance. And if you travel with car, there is free parking in backyard. Apartment is with two bedrooms, living room area with sofa bed, kitchen and big bathroom. Excellent place to stay for family or colleagues for business trip Apartment is not suitable for parties or events!

New and stylish apartment in trendy Kalamaja

This courtyard side apartment building was completed in 2017. This 2nd floor one bedroom apartment is very cozy and quiet, providing a good night’s sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Telliskivi and Kalamaja areas. Located right next to the Old Town, Telliskivi area and Tallinn's fabulous Farmers Market (called Baltijaam Turg). There are lot of good restaurants, cafes, bars and design shops near the apartment.

Newly renovated modern and comfortable apartment located in the city center in the harbour district. The apartment building is within walking distance of the Terminal D (maximum 3 minutes walk) and is situated just 10-minute scenic walk from the Old Town. The harbor district is an excellent spot to start discovering Tallinn.
