It’s ideal place for someone no car and best choice for UC, SAIT students without walking distance. It’s extremely convenient for international students

This room is located on the main floor, 2nd floor.The room has a private half bathroom. The community is close to Nose Hill Park. Walk 300 meters to downtown by bus. 3 kilometers to Chinese supermarket T&T. 700 meters to 24-hour convenience store 711. This is important for guests staying late at night, as food can be purchased.5.6 kilometers to Superstore ，Walmart and Costco.10 minutes from the airport。 Close to the highway, convenient transportation, and street parking is also available.

This beautiful whole house is located in the highly sought-after Valley Ridge community, with a quick right-hand turn onto Highway #1 leading you straight to Banff. walking distance to the Valley Ridge Golf Course. Plus, a 8-minute drive to the Canada Olympic Park, where you can enjoy skiing, mountain biking, tubing, and karting. Bowness Park, perfect for picnics and scenic walks, is also nearby. G@Home is an excellent place to stay whether you're in Calgary for business or leisure.

In the 💙 of the city - this home sits in the character-filled south, within minutes of cherished parks, museums and fabulous restaurants. We've fully restored this glorious home, built in 1908 - and opened it for multi-day get-aways, or long-term guest stays. Please inquire if there are specific timeframes you wish to book, we'll see if we can accommodate.
