Listen to the waves breaking on the rocks while soaking in the hot tub. The open plan living area flows effortlessly towards a covered deck area with spectacular views. Situated a short walk from the famous St James tidal pool with its brightly colored dressing cabins, and minutes from Muizenberg surfing beach. Barefoot luxury never got better!

Enjoy early morning kayaking in the bay ,relax on the stoep with a good book in the afternoon. Perfect for 4 adults and 3/4 kids(2 private bedrooms) Beach is 40 meters from house. Children can swim/kayak,catch fish off the rocks. The cottage is small and cosy, its a simple place, the stoep is large but open, so nights are cool. WOOD - fired hot tub . The Lobster Pot is an old family cottage that has been the location of many a memorable holidays down at the sea, snorkeling in the marine reserve, paddling around the rocky islands and going for hikes up the mountain. The Lobster Pot is a cosy little wooden cottage that is perfect for summer and winter, boasting beautiful views of False Bay and surrounding Cape point vista. The Lobster Pot is 5 Km out of Simonstown, between Bolders beach,penguin colony, and Cape Point. Come make memories!

Vumba home from home

A tranquil and relaxing retreat in its own right and ideally located for visiting local tourist attractions in the Vumba Mountains. A good spot for walkers and hikers, bird watchers and photographers. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, families and groups. We are a 30 minute drive from Mutare and 45 minutes from the Mozambique border post. Please be advised that we recommend you using a high clearance vehicle or a 4x4. During the rainy season, some of the roads may have potholes.
