Spread over three levels this spectacular apartment epitomises what the Atlantic Seaboard lifestyle is all about: light, vibrant spaces flowing out onto open decks and balconies that maximise the panoramic views. The apartment can be accessed via a lift as well as stairs and is tastefully decorated and furnished providing great comfort and luxury. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the upper level and leads onto a large living space that opens out onto a balcony suitable for outdoor dining. Leading off the living room is the opulent master bedroom which has unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Bay. There are 3 additional bedrooms situated on the middle level: all with unique views and 2 out of the 3 are ensuite. All 4 bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The whole lower level is dedicated to entertaining: a large lounge/pool room with kitchenette and bathroom flows out onto a fantastic deck with swimming pool, deck chairs, table, sun-loungers, umbrella, garden and gas barbeque. *** please note that due to the drought in Cape Town the swimming pool may not be usable depending on water level. We cannot run the motors for filtering The entire multilevel apartment is very secure as it is equipped with an alarm system and 24 hour private security company which monitors the property regularly. There is also double secure off-street parking and a full time dedicated cleaner (on weekdays, weekends on request) to assist with all your needs. Guests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - please feel free to ask your host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area, 2 minutes away. This incredibly central location in Green Point on the Atlantic Seaboard is close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront, Cape Quarter Centre, Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, Green Point Park, and much more. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is an exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCiti Bus service 8 minutes from the apartment (St. Bedes Road Bus Stop). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should you wish to rent a vehicle, there is a double garage and also on-street parking around the building in Springbok Road. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours with regards to noise levels Usage of the lift is not permitted between 22h00 and 06h00

The house has three separate bedrooms each with an En Suite bathroom on the ground level accessed through an electric gate with a small front yard. The living areas are spacious and open plan with lots of light and an outdoor feel. There is no garden, however, lots of outdoor space with an incredible view of the mountain and valley that is known as The Moot. Enjoy your stay in a relaxed, easy to care space. You will have the whole place to yourselves! Good communication is important to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. We are happy to answer any questions regarding travel, attractions, places to visit and everything that interest you. The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)
