A fully renovated (June '19) 31m² studio apt located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the square of Georgioupolis and only about 150m from the beach. The apt is surrounded by various amenities including grocery stores, souvenir shops, traditional Cretan tavernas, cafés, bars, rental services for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, a free parking area and an open-air municipal gym. Traditional Antigoni's house

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. When we acquired the Pura Vida Cave House it was a deserted Gem.. We immediately fell in love with the spot, on the top of a 300 meter cliff - nothing to block your sight but the end of the horizon. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!
