Victoria loft entire private loft with kitchen.

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Shediac - Downtown Loft Retreat

Welcome! First, thank you for considering our loft for your stay in Shediac this Summer. This separate room above our garage has been renovated in summer 2021. Our home is one of the few heritage houses in the area and offers a lovely view of our flowers and gardens. This bright and beachy themed loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood, close to all that Shediac has to offer; 5-12 min walk to restaurants and shops and a 5 min drive to Parlee Beach. Moncton is also only 20 min away.

Come spend some time in our cozy 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for 4 guests including children. Newcomers settling in are gladly welcomed. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. New washer and dryer. -2 min drive to the Rotary park -6 min to major groceries -8 min from the airport -10 min from Champlain mall -20 minutes from Parlee Beach (Shediac) & Magnetic Hill Non smoking/non-vaping and pet free please. 5 day minimum stay. Our beach loft is spacious & bright and is perfect for 2 people or a couple & 1 child. We are walking distance to Parlee Beach where you can enjoy a nice beach day and where sunsets are incredible. Enjoy your evening at the loft with a BBQ. We are also close to walking trails that connect to Shediac’s downtown area. *Please note you will have to climb stairs to access the loft.
