Open plan living, dining, with a long bar, exposed beams, soaring ceilings and a separated bedroom with a queen sized bed all in a 1400 sf space with concrete floors, ceiling fans, brand new AC, W/D, TV, + dedicated internet. A fully stocked kitchen with a full sized brand new refrigerator, tiled floors & bathroom with a new shower which sits below the lookout tower. The ONLY shared element is the pool itself.

Lower level apartment with access to the pool and pool house which boasts an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, Bar, bathroom and outdoor shower. Private laundry on site. Walking distance to The Reefs Hotel (restaurants, spa, scooter and electric car rental), Church Bay beach, Gibb’s Hill Light House, and Turtle Hill Golf course/ Boundary restaurant, and bus stops. We have a dog which will be contained in the main house. Note: unfortunately we are not walking distance to any grocery stores.

The most spectacular beaches of South Shore Bermuda are only a 10-15 minute walk away or a short distance on an electric scooter or other rental. Grocery store, restaurant, bakery and ice cream parlor are all within a couple minutes walk. There is a main bus line a minute walk away.

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII).
