Beachfront Hidden Gem

Studio by the Sea is located at the lower Western end of our property listing name Gemstones. Entry is through French doors which opens onto it's own private patio. Upon entry into the apartment the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine. This very large open plan King size bedding area comfortably accommodate 2 guests only. This private and peaceful unit is tucked away in paradise. Only a walk away from the best beaches Bermuda has to offer.

The full kitchen area is stocked with seasonings, pots, pans, coffee, tea, condiments, etc. In addition, the shower bathroom has most of your bathroom needs! A separate BBQ grill is placed on the upper patio deck. Dine there or relax on the loungers whilst basking in the sun or watching the sunset! Your suntan will look fantastic! Our place has a beautiful view overlooking Evans Bay, including the City of Hamilton. Open porch to unwind & enjoy the view. Within walking distance of Whale Bay Beach & Port Royal Golf Course for those who want to remain within the area. Also, walking distance from the bus stop as well as the ferry station for those who would enjoy a 10 minute bus ride to Horseshoe Bay Beach; or maybe a scenic ferry ride to the City of Hamilton. Restaurants, grocery stores & gas station also nearby.

Rose Hill View - near Golf Course and Whale Bay

The guest suite is a self-contained air-conditioned unit attached to a typical Bermuda built house that sits high on a hill with stunning views of the ocean and is a 5 minute walk (par 4 away) to the Port Royal Golf Course and a 15 minute walk to nearby Whale Bay. There is a pool for guests to enjoy at their leisure. The location is in a friendly neighborhood with public transport including bus (5-10 minute walk) and ferry (15 minute walk) nearby as well as a moped rental business.
