A beautiful location on a quiet street just steps from downtown Southampton and one of the best beaches in Ontario! This location is a hidden gem, with lake views from the back deck and kitchen window. Entertain your guests in the newly renovated open concept great room and unwind after a day at the beach. Relax in the backyard hot tub or roast marshmallows on the fire pit. This house is a short walk from several excellent restaurants, picturesque cafes and shops, and a small town craft brewery.

Have fun on the dock out front, enjoy the stars you never see in the city Unwind , cook something you love on BBQ out back. Satellite TV, 3 Smart Roku TVs. Lots of games, puzzles and DVD's WIFI is great Hang out by fire pit and watch the sunsets 5 minutes from town

Im an animals lover, I'm also a mother of 3 boys and have been married for 33 years ,being outdoors is one of my favourite activities, snowmobiling, hiking. I've owned our cottage for 10 years and we decided to rebuild , to enjoy the beautiful views of Colpoys Bay and in the back yard the Bruce Pennisula escarpment

Make some memories at the historic stone blacksmith shop built 1888. Located in Williamsford, Ontario. Conveniently located to the historic sites, waterfalls, the Bruce trail, rail trails for hiking and snowmobiling. Short 20 minute drive to Owen Sound. Sauble Beach 40 minutes. Tobermory drive 1 hr 1/2. Markdale 20 minutes. Enjoy the sites surrounding or a peaceful night by the campfire with campfire wood provided.

Dushi Beach House, Prime Summer Location

Southampton Beach House is ideally located to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Blocks to the beach, one block to High St (Southampton's Main St) and all of the great shops and restaurants. I purchased this 100+ year old house in Southampton in February 2021. From top to bottom the house was renovated and is basically brand new with all new furnishings.
