Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Solreden - Charmerende sommerhus med havudsigt

Et charmerende sommerhus på 123 kvadratmeter som blev fuldstændig moderniseret og ombygget i 2016. Fremstår lyst og venligt. Tre forskellige bruser faciliteter hvoraf den ene er uden for boligen hvilket er skønt når man har været ude i havet og bade. Ligger i ugeneret natur ved havet. Udsigten over den store eng som ligger i forlængelse af haven giver ofte mulighed for at se rådyr, fasaner med mere. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder i området herunder også gourmet restauranter.

Sommerhus med egen strand, vildmarksbad og skov

128m2 sommerhus i første række med 30 meter til dejlig privat og uforstyrret badestrand. Privat bagved huset er nyt vildmarksbad og udebruser indbygget i terrassen. Huset ligger på stor naturgrund med skov oplagt til leg og eventyr. Der er 15 minutters kørsel til Stege med butikker og restauranter og 3 km gåafstand til Klintholm havneby. Optimalt område til havørredfiskeri. Vandreruten 'Camønoen' går lige forbi. Huset er moderne indrettet og har op til 8 sovepladser.

Flot beliggende landsted i fredelige og rolige omgivelser, som en del af UNESCO biosfære. Oplev Dark Sky og se mælkevejen og stjerneskud. Huset er en separat længe i forbindelse med ejers bolig. Husets er på 130 m2 moderniseret og hyggeligt indrettet. Har 6 sovepladser fordelt på 3 værelser, fuld udstyret køkken, badeværelse, dejlig stue med brændeovn. Fra 1. sal er der skøn udsigt til Stege bugt. Slap af på den store træterrasse og nyd haven. Fri Wifi Inkl. vand.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Langt ude på Stevns, lige ned til havet og midt i den 800 hektar store Gjorslev Bøgeskov ligger det historiske Bøgebjerghus og i den gamle smukke æblehave ligger en af Danmarks mest unikke glamping lokationer. Her kan du nyde skovens lyde og opleve livet i skoven hele døgnet. Her er ingen gadelys, WI-FI og ringe mobildækning. Stilheden brydes kun af skovens mange fugle, vindens susen i trætoppene og bølgerne nede på stranden.
