Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza. *The walls of the casita are quite thick, which prevents good wi-fi service inside.
