This beachfront condo is perfect for your stay in Ponte Vedra Beach. Guests can enjoy the ocean and looking for endless sharks teeth and sea shells. This condo boasts (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom and an additional murphy bed for your guests. Music can be heard from the back patio on weekends, as well as the sounds of the sea. When back from soaking up the sun, enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, powerful shower and wifi. Our location is minutes away from Sawgrass TPC and nearby St. Augustine.

One balcony off the upstairs corner primary bedroom suite, walk in closet and ocean view King size beds in each bedroom. Anytime is a good time to be on the beach in St. Augustine! Winter Spring, Summer, or Fall! Besides being steps from the beach there are plenty of local eateries serving great food within walking distance.

The Castle Cottage

Tucked away in the trees of Vilano Beach is a little known magical hideaway, the Castle Cottage. This cottage was hand-crafted by a master carpenter in the 80s and displays beautiful woodwork throughout. This perfect getaway location allows you to be free from the crowds but still within five miles of downtown St. Augustine. It is located within a half mile of three popular local restaurants and only steps to the beach! It also features a magnificent view of the nearby Castle Otttis.

Longvue is an Old Florida house set on private Medicis island in the Intracoastal Waterway surrounded by the Guana/Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (73,000 acres) and Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 acres). Private floating dock with tidal access to the IWC. Very private island with 6 residences. The 10 acre island is surrounded by rivers, marsh flats and fresh water ponds. Boat/Kayak to the National Reserve and walk the trails to S. Ponte Vedra Beach.

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
