There was 9 adults that stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded. The house worked very well for us! Good location! I couldn’t find soap for the dishwasher. No garbage bags for the garbage can in the kitchen. We had a hard time adjusting the thermostat and the house was hot! What we liked was that our family was all together for a getaway after Christmas. We went out to dinner, shopped, and then went back to the house and played games, laughed and had a great time. We would go there again! Thanks Emily

I stayed there for back-to-back funerals . and Tiffany's place was really peaceful and I got to wake up with coffee on the porch and look at the beautiful mountain view and sunrise and heard the birds chirping it was definitely a peaceful state

Jody was wonderful and very accommodating. Fenced in backyard was lovely for my pup to get some playtime amidst our cross-country road trip! My pup is fear reactive, and Jody was extremely understanding as she was willing to keep an eye out before letting their pup out. There are also big windows to double check out back before going out. Everything was great in the home, no issues and comfortable stay. I’d recommend this place to friends!

One of my favorite Airbnb so far, I loved the kitchen hardware the most because I love cooking instead of eating out. Great value, great place would definitely recommend this place if you're looking anywhere else.

We were so impressed with this charming Airbnb! All of the finishes and appliances were top of the line. The bed was comfy, and the shower was high pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make several meals in. Even Saran Wrap, foil, spices, jam, etc. The cold bottled water was much appreciated. A beautiful and private outdoor space, off street parking with a locked gate.

Ashley’s Place was a wonderful experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the couch was cozy, and the restroom was spotless. I really appreciated how often Ashley and her co-host Benjamin checked in with me; it made me feel valued as a guest. The apartment complex also had some great amenities, and parking was a breeze. Ashley made it super easy to find the apartment and park, which I truly appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place. I would definitely book again!

Comfortable space and convenient to the location I needed for training, quiet building to be able to relax while learning.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is extremely convenient, and I appreciated the added security of a door code for entry. The Charles is a charming property, and the amenities truly stood out. The gym was excellent, and although we didn’t use the pool, it looked very inviting. I also found the welcome video particularly helpful—it made finding the property much easier and saved us from circling the block. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While we did experience an issue with the thermostat, and although we were not able to get it fixed during our stay, the host addressed it promptly. Overall, we would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Great location, very quite while never feeling too far from anything. Apartment is cozy and perfect for a couple. Building amenities were awesome, we loved having a full gym onsite. There is a nice rooftop bar just accrose the driveway. Resturants and public transport are within a block or two of the building. Mariah & Hailie offered a paid parking option, but we didn't need it, as we were fortunate to find a spot right outside every night. FYI, the memory foam mattress is more firm then we would have picked for ourselves, but we were still able to sleep through the night with no issues. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely look to stay with Mariah & Hailie if we are even in SLC again.

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Great set up for a larger family gathering. It felt cozy and everyone was comfortable. The location is beautiful!

We had a good stay in this airbnb, it was convenient for us with our kids, we stayed in most of the time but luckily they have toys and tvs to entertain the kids, they surely loved the books and toys they have. Instructions was very easy to read and follow, convenient checking in and out, beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

Both Michael and Jennifer were very grate to work with. The washer had broke and they had repair people there the next day. Super friendly, professional and responsive. Would rent from them again for sure!

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

Jenny and Thiago were very responsive. The house was very clean, and nicely decorated. The location is definetly the highlight for this property, near restaurants, yoga, supermarket, close to downtown, and just about 30min from multiple ski resorts. I enjoyed my stay!

This is the second time we've stayed at Paula's place and we can't recommend it enough. It is so charming and comfortable. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's simple and uncluttered. The beds are great. The kitchen is perfect. The couch is so comfy. The living space is open and full of light. Yes, the bathroom is small, but it worked fine for us! (And we loved the water pressure in the shower!) The backyard is glorious. The street is quiet. It's easy to walk to restaurants. We brought our dog and he loved it too. Salt Lake City is only a 40-minute drive to amazing skiing. The hiking in the city is great too. Paula is a wonderful host---if you text her, she answers right away. We love staying at this house.

Overall we had a good experience. Clean and had everything we needed. Note: Heat/AC control is not in the unit. Casey controls that upstairs, if he’s home. There were space heaters in every room that worked. Could use more mirrors. With 4 of us it was tricky with 1 bathroom & the only mirror. Bathroom faucet was unusual and it splashed water up and over the counter so don’t lean on the sink. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but no problems.

This may be my all time favorite Airbnb. Katherine’s home is in a very nice neighborhood and ideally located at the end of a hillside cul-de-sac so the surroundings are very private, quiet, and naturally beautiful. It’s the perfect balance of suburban convenience / safety in the front, mountain side retreat in the back. What really stood out for me and the reason I’ll be staying here again is how much it felt like home (without feeling like someone else’s home)…for me, most Airbnbs feel too sterile and hotel-like OR they feel too much like staying in a stranger’s home. Katherine has struck the perfect balance, it is comfortable, stylish (but not over the top), the decor, amenities, and supplies are everything you’d want and make for a very comfortable, convenient, and authentic stay. She was also a great host, I had to extend my stay twice and Katherine went above and beyond to accommodate me so I wouldn’t have to move to a hotel. 5-stars all around.

Home was exactly as described, very comfortable and had a homey feel to it. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed 2 nights and had a full itinerary. We left feeling a little disappointed we didn’t have more time to just enjoy the home! We would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend it to others!
