PLEASE NOTE: Features a composting toilet system, solar power and no running water. Rustic steps leading to the front door are uneven and not suitable for everyone. No smoking.

A nice poker table is ready to play on for those who wish to practice before trying their luck in Deadwood. The complex is very peaceful and quiet, you’ll forget that you are in a condo. The 3-set bunk beds are rated for adults (250 lbs, 350 lbs, 350 lbs).

This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall.
