Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Our stay was fabulous! This Airbnb is a gem. It was extremely clean and spacious. This apartment had everything to make us feel at home. Private parking alone would easily make this a top choice but the apartment and location is amazing, the views from the private balcony were stunning. Just a minutes’ walk to shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect location for exploring the city. Check-in was super easy. Our host was extremely friendly and responsive. Really made us feel welcomed. I cannot recommend this place enough. 100% I would stay here again.

As part of a driving holiday around Puglia we required certain things when it came to accommodation. We were looking to stay near the historic centre of each town we visited. We also preferred an on site parking space as on street parking close to town centres can be problematic. Finally the quality of the accommodation needed to be first class. Valeria’s apartment in Matera ticked all these boxes and more. It is fitted out in a modern and tasteful fashion with everything required for a short or long term stay. It has a very peaceful feel to it where you can enjoy the quiet courtyard before setting off on the daily sightseeing. Valeria was very clear and timely with all communication and a highlight was the dealing we had with Pietro as he was there to welcome us as well as checking that everything was OK for us prior to departure. Highly recommended for a place to stay when visiting Matera.

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Een mooi en prettig appartement, met een mooi balkon. Een warm welkom van de host en een goed gevulde koelkast. Extra koffie en brood. Zonodig supermarkt aan de overkant. Goed bed. Goede restaurants in de buurt en oude centrum op 10 min loopafstand. Kortom een uitstekend verblijf in Bari

아말피와 포지타노로 가기 위해 살레르노에서 숙박하기로 하고 이곳에서 숙박 하였습니다. SITA 버스 출발지 까지 걸어서 10분 정도입니다. 집은 깨끗하고 흠 잡을데 없이 정리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 2박 하는동안 식사를 해결하면서 지냈습니다. 단, 층간 소음이 좀 있어서 잠을 푹 자려면 귀마개는 필요해요.

Emiljia und ihr Mann haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Da wir am Feiertag angereist sind und keine Geschäfte offen hatten, haben sie uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen. Ihr Mann hat uns ein paar Tips für die Gegend gegeben und uns beim einparken geholfen. Der Parkplatz in Dubrovnik ist Gold Wert...auch wenn fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar ist, so haben wir für unseren Mietwagen doch einen Platz vor der Haustür gehabt. Unserer Tochter haben die beiden Katzen sehr gut gefallen...rundum tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber. vielen Dank

L’appartement était très bien situé, » près du Vatican, propre et silencieux. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, pleines d’histoires, de surprises et de belles découvertes ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésitation !

Gemma was truly the best host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was stunning — the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space had such a warm, welcoming feel. Gemma went above and beyond to make our stay special. She greeted us with a homemade tiramisu and even baked us an Easter pie — such thoughtful, personal touches that made us feel instantly at home. We genuinely could not have been happier with this booking. It was the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and beauty. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone — you won’t be disappointed!

We are a family of 4. And the home was very welcoming for a big family. My mom has mobility issues, the apartment has a lift. Rita, the owner is the one who welcomed us and oriented us to her unit. The 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms are spacious. My son used the big sofa bed in the living room. There are a lot of cabinets for storing things. The interiors of the house is beautiful with a nice veranda where you can sit and enjoy your coffee with a city view. The kitchen is equipped as we enjoy cooking and preparing food. There is a washing machine and a place where you can hang your laundry. Toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap are provided. They even left a welcome gift of pastry and a big tub of mineral water. Rita is a darling for allowing us to stay a bit more to wait for our airport transfer even if they had to clean up the place for the next occupant. I so appreciate this since I have my mom to take care of. Thank you Rita!

Salvatore is a perfect host. He was extremely welcoming. He kindly informed us on the day of our arrival that the apartment would be ready earlier and was there to greet us. The flat was immaculately clean, had all the things we needed, including a lovely roof terrace. We loved the colourful furniture matching the beautiful tiled floors. It was a pleasure to hear about the family connection and history of the house. One of the big advantages was the car park as parking in Cefalù is not easy. The apartment is quiet and only a short walk to the historic centre. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommended Salvatore’s home.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. L’appartement était impeccable. L’hôte nous a conseillé pour les déplacements dans la ville et les restaurants. C’était un très bon point de départ pour découvrir la ville proche du centre ville et des attractions touristiques. Maria Pia a été très attentive et réactive à nos demandes.

La casa es fantástica. Disfrutamos de la barbacoa y de paseos al atardecer paseando por la avenida marítima hasta el centro de Hvar, que se encuentra cerca. La casa estaba impecable, los muebles y la cocina en perfecto estado. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería a alojarme. Pjer es muy amable y contesta rápidamente si tienes alguna duda.

This space was really special for our stay on Hvar. The view of the sea is stunning from the two separate balconies and the hot tub. The apartment is tidy and modern, giving you walkable access to both the gown and nearby Pokonji Dol. Would love to stay here again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Mijet is a magical little island well worth the visit, but definitely be sure to stay at least 3 days. The jacuzzi is the show stopper of the apartment. The inside of the apartment is simple but new, well equipped . Also don't forget to bring your own toiletries. Everything was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. The real baby crib was greatly appreciated as my son just doesn't sleep as well in travel cribs. Thank you again for everything and we would definitely recommend staying at Franica's place !

Wow wgat a stay We have just stayed myself and 2 kids and had the most incredible time. The apartment is beautiful with the most wonderful views from the balcony and the terrace. The hot tub is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring! The location is so peaceful but also convenient as a 25 minute bus ride and you are in Dubrovnik city. Host was so helpful and friendly m, nothing was to much trouble, even lending a charging cable for the stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone
