Gorgeous lakefront home close to Burlington!

Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Pet friendly-fee applies.

Enjoy a sunny and relaxed stay in a newly appointed loft style apartment. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to hang out in, or explore all the activity nearby. You will be one block from the Waterfront. This relaxing location is convenient to everything; restaurants, breweries, speakeasy spots, shopping, bike path, boat launch, antique stores, breakfast spots, music venues, etc. Enjoy the front porch. The off street parking (for ONE car)and walkable location are really appreciated

Lakefront, cute and cozy year round cottage

Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Cozy Lakefront Suite - Incredible Sunset Views!

Welcome VT’s most beautiful lakefront year round property, offering amazing sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns, endless gardens, and fall leaf peeping all while relaxing in one of our many Adirondack chairs. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance. It has a kitchen, living & dining areas, and bathroom. This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

The Best Nest- Beautiful Lake Champlain access

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
