Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

Our newly built bungalow is only a few steps away from the main surf break in Medewi and right next to the fishing village/market. The colorful fishing boats are parked right on our beach front and there is always a buzz with fishermen going out to sea for their daily catch.
