I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I have stayed at other condos in Davao that were higher priced. But not one of these compared to this condo. The amenities, atmosphere and sense of relaxation all were at the top of my list. Would definitely recommend and would rebook on my next visit.

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! We had a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and smelled amazing. Loved the bathroom and the fun board games. Would definitely rebook! ☺️

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Superb accommodation with incredible views over the bay! Choice of 2 lovely shared pools to use or the option to use private rooftop pool! We had an amazing stay and would certainly recommend to others!
