Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Your stay won’t lack amenities: fully equipped chef’s kitchen, backyard patio, Roku tv. Beyond the private patio, wander onto the farm to pick your own berries for breakfast or arrange a tour with farmer/chef/host Anne.

Studio 46 ~ Spacious South-End Studio Apartment

Studio 46 is newly re-opened! Having shutdown over the covid years, we took some time to do a few improvements. The Studio is an open & spacious private space for 2 guests in Burlington's South End. It's within a couple miles of the Church Street Marketplace & Waterfront events, and walking distance to the Pine Street Arts District, Craft Breweries, City Beaches & the bike path. This along with the convenient access to Interstate 89 makes it a great location for your next Burlington visit.

Suite Escape - Quiet retreat, close to everything!

Spacious guest suite nestled in a quiet family neighborhood, private entrance, use of shared deck with seating overlooking backyard. King bed and full kitchen with all necessities. Washer/dryer in unit and large walk-in shower. L-shaped sectional with smart 65” TV (no cable). Centrally located within minutes to all Colleges, UVM Med Ctr, Down Town Burlington, Lake Champlain and Golf Courses. This entire property is non-smoking; including tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes.

Large2-bedroom unit w/ large living room & laundry

Forget your worries in this spacious and private space. This unit is located on the 1st floor of 2 stories house with its own front door. Enter into a large living room with big screen TV, fireplace, dining area and large laundry/food area. It will provide you comfortable space to rest after outdoor activities. There is potential for noise from the unit above but we ask all residents to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends. (not suitable for kids under 10).

Enjoy your stay in our well maintained home located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a fenced in private backyard. Two minute drive/five minute walk to the airport. Less than a 10 minute drive to Interstate 89, University of Vermont, the UVMMC Hospital and downtown Burlington. Approximately a 30 minute drive to many of Vermont’s attractions such as skiing (45 minutes to Stowe), wine tasting, apple orchards, Lake Champlain and Maple Sugar sites. On site driveway for parking two vehicles.
