Master includes 42 inch TV with DVD. Second Bedroom has a Queen and a 32 inch TV. A second full bath off the Queen Bedroom that also provides access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two full beds w/ 32 in TV with XBOX. All TV's are Smart TV's. For families with a little one we also have a pack & play.

We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. Here at the marina, we have Sailors Return restaurant and Gilbert's Coffee Bar to satisfy any craving you have. Martin County’s beautiful beaches are just 6 miles away. Two bicycles are at your disposal for enjoyable rides.
