Beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath Home w/ Heated Private Pool

Spacious 3 Bedroom home with a private screened in heated pool. Outdoor shower. A split floor plan offers a Huge Master Suite with walk in closets, private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub. Master includes 42 inch TV with DVD. Second Bedroom has a Queen and a 32 inch TV. A second full bath off the Queen Bedroom that also provides access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two full beds w/ 32 in TV with XBOX. All TV's are Smart TV's. For families with a little one we also have a pack & play.

Golf Cart & Walk 2 Beach, Private Pool & Firepit

Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!

Come and enjoy this beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath open concept home with brand new heated pool located between downtown Stuart and our beautiful beaches. The home has been completely renovated and the private, fenced in back yard has ample room for patio relaxing, 3 hole putting green and is dog friendly. The house is just minutes away from our stunning beaches, amazing public parks, world class fishing, public boat ramps and the beautiful down town Stuart.

Located just 5 min from Vero’s best beach, 8 min from beach side shopping and restaurants, and 5 min from downtown art district and restaurants. Property is private with fenced yard. I have been told I did a great job decorating. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
