The Loft is a stylish space, an open plan living area welcomes you with underfloor heating, comfy seating. In the kitchen, a breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. A dining area and wet room located on the ground floor with shower, basin and WC. A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, super king size bed, the finest linens and atmospheric beams. Welcome to Gladneuk Cottage, a house situated in the Conservation Village of Barr nestled in the Stinchar Valley on the edge of the Galloway Forrest (see Barr Village website). Enjoy scenic walks, take in the fresh air and enjoy the peace and quiet, a lovely comfortable cottage perfect for you and your family/guests to relax. With off street parking, Wifi and a private seating area to the rear of the property. Barr has its own Community Store should you require provisions.

Nestled on Main Street in the picturesque village of Straiton they are just a stones throw from the local amenities. Sorry strictly no pets.

Ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing, star gazing or exploring the area with its many castles and golf courses. Glasgow is only an hour away and the Isle of Arran is a perfect day out.
