The place matched the photos and description exactly. Very clean appartment, well furnished and great location. Perfect staycation within the city in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Our stay at Manoj’s was great. Check in and check out was smooth. Really good community and is ideal for elderly people. Supermarket was right across the street which is an advantage if you want to cook your own meals. Would definitely recommend!

Soumyajit ensures to extend all needful support while he was out of town and very attentive to every ask during the stay. The place and the host, Palashpriya, were equally wonderful. The apartment was squeaky clean and looked just like the photos. The towels were clean and folded. The linen and the bed were made and were equally clean. All the listed amenities worked just fine, and the curtains were clean too. The photos on the wall gave the apartment a homey feel. As for the host, she could not have been better. She waited for us to check in so that we would not have any trouble, and she was always available in case we had some issues. The apartment is quite close to the metro station, yet it is located in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this place to other people.

"Absolutely Loved" our stay here. I visited with my parents so finding a space comfortable and easily accessible for them- was my topmost priority, and this place served that Right. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful surroundings and the lake view from the balcony was serene. Much Recommended.

I stayed with my parents and my uncle and aunt and this place was spacious, airy and comfortable, elegantly decorated and felt like a home away from home. The location is central, with sights like Satyajit Ray's home and Subhash Bhavan nearby. The caretaker, Subhash is excellent and was most helpful with the dietary requirements of four aged people. I would definitely book this property again if I am visiting Kolkata.

I stayed for 2 months. and going to stay for another 15 days post mid march. overall the property is really good. all scope of improvements is discussed with Ajay. looking forward for another amazing stay ahead.

Udit's place was very beautiful. It gave a very vintage vibe with the furnitures and the surroundings. He was very welcoming and it had all the listed amenities. It's located in a prime area. I have stayed here 2 times and I would book it again. Overall it was worth the money paid.

A highlight was a quick but fantastic meal at a spot they suggested, followed by a short walk with their insider’s perspective. Their warmth and intelligence made every moment enjoyable. Leaving was bittersweet, but we take a piece of Kolkata with us. More than a stay: a home!

Everything was good. Only AC needs to be cleaned, as it was not cooling well. Maid Rupa was very good human being. She was very helpful and supportive. Location was easy to find. Lots of restaurants available nearby. Overall had a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend others to stay.

Coming to any of Sonu's listings honestly feels like you're right at home. Sonu is always extremely accommodating, and she was able to host me within a day's notice despite a full calendar.
