First of all, Malek is a really great, open and helpful host, what made my stay an excellent experience, with no stress at all. The apartment was really clean, all the necessities provided, as described. It is placed in a great location, 2km to Port El Kantoui and 7km to Medina of Sousse, 2min to the beach, restaurant and a mini shop. Malek was also really patient and awaited my arrival from the airport during night hours. Malek is also a responsive person, with very good communication both before and after booking. Thank you Malek for being such a great host!

Sami est un hôte très accueillant ( Sami reste en contact avec nous en cas de besoin pendant tout le séjour)le logement correspond à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est bien situé ( Mall de sousse, port el kantaoui juste à côté), logement propre et surtout climatisé ! Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Sie war makellos sauber und liegt direkt am Meer, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Besitzer und sein Vater, Herr Ezzdin, waren äußerst nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location and had a very welcoming feel. The check-in process was flexible and super easy. Hedi the host is kind , responsive and very proactive. We felt very well taken care of and would love to stay here again!

Notre séjour dans cette maison a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse spacieuse est à couper le souffle, et nous avons passé des moments inoubliables à profiter des couchers de soleil. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, propre et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. La localisation à Sami est idéale, à proximité des commodités tout en restant paisible. Un grand merci à Iheb pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils, ses instructions et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et espérons revenir très bientôt !

Notre séjour dans la villa de Mehdia a été absolument merveilleux ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été éblouis par la proximité exceptionnelle de la plage - à seulement 100 mètres à pied, c’était comme avoir notre propre coin de paradis à portée de main. La villa elle-même est spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût, offrant une vue magnifique sur l’océan depuis plusieurs de ses pièces. L’attention portée à la propreté était remarquable, et les équipements modernes ont grandement facilité notre séjour. La cuisine bien équipée nous a permis de préparer nos repas tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur les vagues. Les chambres étaient accueillantes, avec des lits douillets qui nous ont offert des nuits de sommeil réparateur. Cependant, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence pour nous, c’est l’hospitalité chaleureuse des hôtes. Toujours disponibles et prêts à partager leurs connaissances locales, ils ont contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus mémorable.

J'ai été ravie de ma location, parfait pour notre famille de 4. L'emplacement est paisible, accueillant, bien entretenu. Un véhicule est indispensable mais la plage est accessible à pied. Les gardiens et le personnel de ménage de la résidence sont très gentils. Nizar est un hôte très accueillant, réactif à la moindre demande et toujours joignable. Le bien est spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement.

L'habitation était fidèle au descriptif (photos et équipement) et facile à trouver grâce à ses instructions et sa disponibilité Chokri était toujours disponible en cas de besoin pour l'appartement ou pour nous recommander des adresses ou des conseils lors de notre séjour

Un endroit qui aspire à la tranquillité été au repos. A quelques encablures d’une belle plage aux eaux turquoises, la maison offre un calme et reste propice au repos. Nos hôtes ont étés très réactifs et à l’écoute. Nous y reviendrons !

We had a lovely stay. Maher was a very accommodating and friendly host. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Hergla but the main area is within a short walking distance, including a range of restaurants, cafés, and the beach. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the outside facilities are great. We would like to return the the villa again in warmer weather to make better use of all it jas to offer. Thank you Maher.

Mi ha colpito la sicurezza dell’alloggio in quanto nell’ alloggio scorso mi avevano rotto il vetro dell’auto alcuni ladri. Qui c’è un parcheggio sotterraneo controllato da delle guardie 24h//24h posto tranquillo e comodo. Bello per passare dei bei momenti in vacanza in famiglia

The apartment met our expectations and was exactly how is the description in the app. Fully equipped with all the amenities that one family need for long stay there. Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

You could see the mediterranean sea in the distance and it honestly felt like something out of a postcard. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
