The private road to our cozy cottage winds through the woods to take you to our hill top hideaway nestled in the woods with beautiful beach and ocean views. You will enjoy waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the ocean breeze. Relaxing by the bonfire while watching the stars is a perfect end to the day. The cottage overlooks farmland and beautiful Sheep Pond beach which is family friendly and offers a sandy beach, warm waters and easy walking adventures along PEI's renowned Red Shores.

Rollo Bay Flats Cottage

Rollo Bay Flats Cottage is a private, cozy oasis tucked away on a red dirt road in between the ocean and the Rollo Bay Greens Golf course. The cottage has a huge view of the ocean and the bay from every window. Guests can enjoy sitting on the deck watching the seals and enjoy the magical daily sunsets. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.
