Realy nice place. It has everything that you need and more.Clean and warm.There are air conditions in every room.Nice barbekiu zone.

It was a lovely villa with 3 double bedrooms and a big veranda. It had everything needed for cooking . It was few minutes drive from the best beach in Thassos . It was on a main road leading to the town surrounded by the mountains and olive trees. It can fit 6 people plus a baby comfortably.

It was a perfect holiday in thomas s place. We d really like to go there again… The garden was awesome. We enjoyed the barbecue place even the little pool was really joyful. We get sunbath in the garden, by the way beaches are really close 10 mins by walking. And the great tavern “almira” we went there two times! And the sunset was perfectly perfect. Thomas is really friendly, he helped everything thanks him again. We came just a couple but the place is okey for families or groups its so big!

Anastasia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich immer schnell bei Wünschen oder Fragen und möchte, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist besonders schön. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und war auch in der Hochsaison nicht zu überlaufen. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit erschwinglichen Preisen sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Für Unternehmungen braucht man allerdings ein Auto.

Der Aufenthalt bei Greg war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir wurden direkt Empfangen, als wir angekommen sind. Greg hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und wir konnten uns immer mit Fragen an ihm wenden. Es war einfach perfekt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den Urlaub Greg.

We chose the villa for a climbing trip in the area and we loved it. It is located on a hill side, 10 minutes by foot from the town, which is nice for an active person, looking for a quiet accommodation. The view from the spacious terrace was superb and refreshing, it was a delight to drink the morning coffee there or just lay there during the day, listening to the birds sounds. The closest beach is 5 minutes away (by foot) and was empty at the end of May, which was also a plus. We definitely recommand a stay here and we will choose it again when we return to Nea Iraklitsa.

Ailecek tatil geçirilebilecek çok güzel bir villa. Dost canlısı olan ev sahipleri her türlü kolaylığı tanıdılar. Villa çok konforlu. Sadece bir iki eksiği dışında kusursuz denebilir. Hava genel olarak iyi olduğu için çok sıkıntı yaşatmadı ama salonda klima olması daha iyi olabilirdi. Kalabalık aileler ve uzun konaklamalar için çamaşır makinesi olsa kolaylık olurdu. Bir de bulaşık makinesinin çok küçük olması evde yemek yediğimizde bulaşık yıkama süremizi arttırdı. :) Villa gerçekten tertemiz, çok güzel bir ortamda yer aldığı için ve ev sahipleri çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever olduğu için bunların hiçbiri tatilimizin mükemmel geçmesini engellemedi. Çoook teşekkür ederiz. Yine geleceğiz.

Our stay at this Airbnb was an incredible experience. Kostas, Vasia, Lista, and Giota were exceptionally helpful and approachable, making our visit truly memorable. The place itself is stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures—if not even better. We hosted a small traditional wedding event during our stay, and the hosts went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us find catering services, provided us with a beautiful venue, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re planning a visit to Thassos, this Airbnb is a no-brainer. We 100% recommend it!

Amazing place with a beautiful garden. Within walking distance to the beach, yet far enough from the main road so it's quiet and peaceful. Cell reception in the area is not the best, and the internet speed is barely usable, so it's perfect for some technology detox and enjoying a vacation. Just as spacious as it looks on the pictures. Second floor of the house could house other people, but the garden is exclusively for the guests on the ground floor. Contact the host if you want to book the second floor as well, whole house can fit around 18 people.

Lamprini is an excellent host! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the property are fantastic! Very spacious and sparkling clean. The location is right off of the main road, and within walking distance to restaurants and the sea. The pool on the property was fantastic! We had a large group with kids and it was a wonderful place for them to play! There is a beach that you can walk to from the villa, that has the beautiful water, but the beach itself was a little baren for my taste. There are stunning beaches to visit on Thassos that you must drive to from the Villa.

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig mit viel Platz für eine große Gruppe. Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Nikolaos war sehr gut erreichbar und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Nachdem unser Flug sehr verspätet war hat er flexibel den Check in angepasst und eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Vielen Dank nochmals. Bezüglich der Klimaanlage ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass nur eines der Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hat, der Rest des Hauses wir über eine Anlage im Flur bedient.

We had an amazing time at Villa Evian! From the moment we checked in (Evgenis invited us to check-in 2 and a half hours earlier) to the moment we left, we felt at home. The house is just as beautiful as the photos! It has everything you need while on vacation. We were a party of ten, of various ages and there was something for everyone to do. The pool was an extra bonus and everyone loved it. The beach was very close, however we opted to go by car since we carried a lot of things and had older people with us. Evgenis organized a sailing trip for us which was absolutely amazing! We spent nine hours on a beautiful sailboat which took us around local islands, beautiful quiet beaches, water was pristine, turquoise and absolutely stunning. In addition, Evgenis has arranged for home made food of great variety to be delivered on the boat in advance. It was delicious! The captain and his son were very sweet, we had a lovely time! This was by far our best vacation so far! Thank you Evgenis!

The villa is fantastic and the garden is absolutely beautiful! A very comfortable house that can accommodate a lot of people. We were 3 couples - one with two kids and one with a baby and the house was perfect for us. Spotless, very tidy and a lot of space including a large living room and a huge backyard. All of us loved our stay! Ilias is a very polite and welcoming person. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back soon.

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect! The cleanliness was outstanding - you could literally eat off the floor. Communication with the hosts was exceptional: always helpful, always available, and consistently friendly. The property is situated in a quiet and beautiful area with a breathtaking view that amazed us every day. We especially enjoyed the well-maintained pool, which had a pleasant temperature and was perfect for relaxation. We received a very warm welcome, and the pre-stocked fridge was a wonderful touch that allowed us to relax and enjoy our first day without the need to rush out for groceries. The new and high-quality air conditioning in both bedrooms ensured comfortable nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt very much at ease here. The personal touch really stood out - when we were given fresh, homegrown figs, it felt like a particularly warm gesture. We highly recommend this accommodation and would happily return whenever we have the chance!
