Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with large garden with natural shade and BBQ grill. Fully airconditioned including living room. 2 mins drive or 15mins walk to Golden Coast Beach. 5-6 mins drive to the Centre of Protaras (Paraliakos). Within 8-10 mins walk to the nearest restaurants, pubs and kiosk at Pernera area. Within 7 mins walk from the nearest bus station that goes to Protaras centre and Ayia Napa. The house is in the North side of Cyprus (Turkish side). Newly furnished kitchen. Good location near to city centre. It’s a 5 minute drive to the Derinya border. The house is opposite Ghost Town (Varosha) which you can explore. The house is 10 minutes away from the old town. Markets and restaurants are walking distance to the house.
